Possible causes and solutions:
Triggers not installed: Run "System Tools" → "Installation & Setup" → "Install/Repair Triggers"
Missing Opened Date: Ensure the Opened Date field contains a valid date
Data type issue: Verify that date fields contain actual dates, not text
If the problem persists, check the SYS_LOGS sheet for specific error messages.
Troubleshooting steps:
Verify Job Status is marked as "Open" or "On Hold"
Confirm candidates have valid Job IDs assigned
Check that automation triggers are installed and running properly
Run "System Tools" → "System Maintenance" → "Full System Sync" to force a complete synchronization.

Nothing. Simply stop using it. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or commitments. Your data remains in your Google Drive, and you can delete the file whenever you want. You're not locked into anything.
