Possible causes and solutions:
Triggers not installed: Run "System Tools" → "Installation & Setup" → "Install/Repair Triggers"
Missing Opened Date: Ensure the Opened Date field contains a valid date
Data type issue: Verify that date fields contain actual dates, not text
If the problem persists, check the SYS_LOGS sheet for specific error messages.
Troubleshooting steps:
Verify Job Status is marked as "Open" or "On Hold"
Confirm candidates have valid Job IDs assigned
Check that automation triggers are installed and running properly
Run "System Tools" → "System Maintenance" → "Full System Sync" to force a complete synchronization.

Google App Script unfortunately has execution time limits that may affect performance with very large datasets (500+ candidates or multiple simultaneous bulk operations).

Yes. The system is highly customizable including candidate workflow stages, job requisition status values, priority levels and employment types, and all dropdown menu options throughout the system.

Yes, through the Google Sheets mobile app. However, the full desktop browser experience provides the best interface for managing your hiring process. Mobile access is great for quick updates and checking status while away from your desk.
Nothing. Simply stop using it. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or commitments. Your data remains in your Google Drive, and you can delete the file whenever you want. You're not locked into anything.
